Lucy Mills

Lucy graduated with a BSc in human physiotherapy from the University of Cardiff in 2013 and spent 6 years working in the NHS in mostly as a musculoskeletal specialist before embarking on a Masters degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2020. Her research project explored the effect of weight shifting exercise in the canine patient and her area of special clinical interest is in rehabilitative exercise. After completing her Masters and qualifying as an ACPAT A chartered physiotherapist Lucy spent a year working at Smart Veterinary Referrals which specialises in pain management and sports medicine before joining the team at Bath Vet Referrals in 2024.

In her spare time Lucy enjoys agility training with her dog Bambi, hiking and surfing.
