⚠ Important Update 14th May 2020 - Covid-19 ⚠
Bath Veterinary Referrals is open and now accepting a full range of referral cases.
We are maintaining social distancing policies and offering telemedicine consultations initially (by video or phone), and are now able to follow this up with arrangements for all patients to be admitted for further investigations, surgery and other treatments. We are in the process of contacting clients on our waiting list for non-urgent conditions to start making appointments in the following weeks. We are not allowing clients to enter the hospital, so we will collect patients from the car park and then update owners once we have completed examinations, investigations and procedures.
Telephone or video call telemedicine consultations
To comply with current requirements for social distancing all referral consultations are currently conducted by phone or video call. If it is appropriate to proceed with further investigations or surgery we will ask clients to bring the patient to our car park from where we will take the patient. Only in exceptional circumstances are we allowing clients to enter the hospital at this time - for their safety and for the safety of our staff. Referral telemedicine consultations are charged at our usual referral consultation charge of £179 including VAT.
