For emergency referrals, please call us direct on 01225 982777. Our telephones are manned 24/7 by receptionists and/or vets. Our referral administrators are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm. We aim to see emergency referrals same day.

Please do not email emergency cases as although our mailbox is monitored Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm, we cannot guarantee an immediate reply.

Referral forms must be completed in full, with a full clinical history, laboratory results and x-rays (preferably in DiCOM format) included.

Once a referral has been received, the referral administrators will contact your client directly to arrange an appointment. They will also inform you, the referring veterinary surgeon, of the arranged appointment by email. Following the referral appointment, we aim to have a referral report emailed to you within 48 hours.

We offer free advice and radiograph interpretation for referring vets. If you would like to discuss a case you can contact us directly on 01225 982777, or via our email. We aim to respond same day where possible. In most cases it can be helpful for us to read through the history and receive diagnostic images (eg. Radiographs in DICOM format).
