Bath Veterinary Referrals

Bath Veterinary Referrals is a new centre bringing together a number of referral clinicians who have already been working in the South West for several years.

Our strengths include:

Experienced referral clinicians

All our clinicians have previously been involved in referral work prior to the formation of Bath Veterinary Referrals. The skill sets of our clinicians are complementary and overlapping, allowing more in-depth work up of cases, and continuity of care to vets, clients and patients. We also have access to visiting specialists as required in subjects such as orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery.

Latest equipment

Bath Veterinary Referrals boasts the latest medical diagnostic and surgical equipment, including ultrasonography with spectral and colour flow Doppler, and probes up to 10MHz, video endoscopy, point of care blood testing equipment such as i-stat blood gas analyser, laparoscopy and a permanent on-site MRI. Bath Veterinary Referrals also has a hydrotherapy unit with a trained physiotherapist.

An Efficient service

At Bath Veterinary Referrals we look after clients and their pets in a way you would expect. We offer a caring, friendly and personalised service with good communication being a key aspect. Clients can usually be seen at short notice, with emergencies prioritised. A full report will be sent to the referring vet on the day of discharge; however, vets are welcome to ring up for progress reports at any time.
