Booking an appointment
Just phone the Rosemary Lodge Veterinary Hospital on 01225 832521 and book in with one of our receptionists. Once you have made contact we will normally ask to speak directly to the pet’s owner to swiftly arrange an appointment that fits in to their timetable. We do ask the referring vet to fax or post us any relevant history with a supporting referral letter. Unfortunately, we can’t see cases without a referral from a veterinary surgeon and a full history.
An Efficient service
At Bath Veterinary Referrals we look after clients and their pets in a way you would expect. We offer a caring, friendly and personalised service with good communication being a key aspect. Clients can usually be seen at short notice, with emergencies prioritised. A full report will be sent to the referring vet on the day of discharge; however, vets are welcome to ring up for progress reports at any time.
Direct Insurance Claims
We know how hard it can be for some clients to pay for treatment up-front. For this reason we are pleased to be able to offer direct claims to insured clients. Just bring along a claim form and a copy of the policy on the day of treatment. We do ask clients to pay an £80 deposit towards any excess if we are asked to do a direct claim. The deposit will be fully refunded to the client if an excess for the condition has already been paid on a previous claim.
Free Advice Service for Vets
We are pleased to offer vets a free no obligation phone advice service for difficult cases. We aim to deal with any queries on the same day that we receive them, whenever possible. We are happy to review any X-rays relating to medical cases and send you a full report or discuss them by phone with recommendations for further diagnostics where we can.
